Master of Science in Leadership

Across the public and private sectors, organizations are looking for strategic leaders to create high performing environments that thrive on the success of both individuals and the collective. The M.S. Leadership program is designed to produce graduates who are uniquely positioned to face the challenges of the modern workplace as companies and organizations look to be more efficient and more competitive while creating fulfilling work experiences for their employees. 
 

This Program

  • Is available as a hybrid curriculum, with classes offered at our downtown Providence campus, or completely online
  • Emphasizes coursework that is directly applicable to professionals in topics such as negotiation strategies, budgeting, organizational performance, and more
  • Includes built-in industry networking events in conjunction with the Master of Public Administration program
  • Offers discounts for all first responders (police/fire/EMS), active duty military, and veterans

It really helped me develop as a professional, as a leader.â€

Paul Pabis isn’t just a believer in lifelong learning, he’s an embodiment of it. Since earning a degree in electrical engineering from ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ University in 1983, Pabis has come back twice to further his skills, knowledge and career opportunities. His most recent return, where he earned a master’s degree in leadership, has helped him take the next steps as a leader overseeing about 40 professionals at CBS Boston WBZ TV/WSBK TV.
